I am a genealogist based in Darwin, Australia. I specialise in archival family history research, helping individuals and families move beyond online trees to uncover well-documented evidence-based lineages.
With over 25 years experience in family history research, my work focuses on cases where research has stalled or where family stories need to be verified against historical records. I draw on a wide range of sources including civil and parish records, directories, land records, newspapers, and probate material to reconstruct family connections and provide clean, structured findings.
I hold a Diploma in Family History from the University of Tasmania and a Certificate in Genealogical Research from the Society of Genealogists. My research experience spans multiple regions including Australia, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Brazil, the United States, and Denmark, and I am fluent in English, Greek and Portuguese.
Alongside client work, I deliver family history talks and am currently facilitating an introductory genealogy course through a local education centre, with a focus on helping others develop confident and methodocal research practices.
My approach is structured and evidence-based, with an emphasis on clarity, accuracy, and thoughtful interpretation of the historical record.
