I hold bachelor's degrees in History (Brigham Young University, 1998) and Information Technology (Florida State University, 2000). From 2012 to 2020, I worked as a data analyst at FamilySearch International in Salt Lake City, Utah, where I also volunteered as an international consultant at the FamilySearch Library and a booth presenter at RootsTech.
Currently, I am a Latin teacher for middle school students in Palm Bay, Florida, where I also share my passion for history, classical education, and my ancestral homeland of Italy. I am furthering my education through the BYU Pathway program at BYU-Idaho, presently studying for the Advanced Family History Research certificate. I earned the first BYU-Idaho certificate in Family History Research in 2024.
My passion lies in connecting with my Italian heritage and helping others discover their ancestors, particularly those from regions where I have research experience, language proficiency, and cultural understanding.
