Cassandra is the owner of Kindred Finder, a genealogy research service specializing in Southern U.S. and African American family history. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Family History and Genealogy with a minor in Africana Studies from Brigham Young University. Cassandra's background includes research contributions to projects at BYU and FamilySearch. Cassandra is currently pursuing certification through the Board for Certification of Genealogists®.
