I cannot express adequately my gratitude for the assistance that Carla provided to me, identifying an ancestor, for whom I had been searching unsuccessfully for quite a while. The clues that I was able to furnish to her were few and vague; she nevertheless pointed me to my "missing person" in short order and sent to me an image of the 1872 will that he had written, which noted valuable facts about his location and family. Throughout the process, Carla's communication with me was prompt, clear, and kind. I am extremely fortunate to have been a beneficiary of Carla's employment of her expertise, skill, and time.
