Pamela has been researching since 2001. She accepts clients directly, through Trace, Your Roots in Poland, Arbor Erbenermittlung and through legal counsel. She specializes in heir research, African American families, Quakers and DNA. Her forensic cases are focused on heir research and real estate for restoration of property rights and reparations. For traditional projects, she specializes in Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania, but her research extends throughout the south and in migrations along the National Road from Pennsylvania and Maryland through Ohio, Indiana, Illinois and into Missouri and Iowa. Her own family has inhabited the border counties of Kentucky, West Virginia and Virginia since the fort houses of the late 1700s. Prior to becoming a full-time genealogist, she worked for 20 years in the U.S. intelligence community, journalism and radio.
Over 150 historical and genealogical client projects completed since 2017. Active 5-year cooperation agreement to conduct heir research of Holocaust victims to restore property rights in Poland. Over 80 live consultations in Coaches Corner at RootsTech 2018-2020. From 2017-2020, planned and executed three conferences and three genealogy fairs with national-level speakers and vendors for a local genealogical society with over 500 members.

- Testimonials
- “Your attention to detail and expertise in your craft does not go unnoticed!”
— Team Trace (Trace.com)
“I have received the file for John W. It provides a lot of information that I was looking for. I finally have dates and places for John and his wife's deaths. John's war service and his being wounded are all new information to me. It even gives me a place to look for their missing son William N. Even small things like why his daughter was named Lucana. I can now complete the family history that I'm preparing and will have it on time for the reunion with my children and grandchildren!”
— Glenn W.
“I appreciate your work above and beyond – literally - what was required. I am pleased to learn the name of Sarah’s parents, and with the tax list records for both David and Sarah, it narrows down the possible date of death for David to around 1818.”
— Willa H.
“Wonderful Expert Professional research! Even though the results were negative, Pamela made recommendations for moving forward which I will. I’m very impressed by Pamela’s work.”
— Tracy P., Florida
“Your research is certainly complete and includes files that I didn’t know existed. Thank you. Job well done.”
— John L., California
“Thank you so much for looking into this on our behalf. Just having someone as responsive and knowledgeable as yourself is such a relief!”
— Katie S., California
