Kaye Ford, AG, Joins APG as Assistant to the Executive Director

Kaye Ford photo portraitAPG is pleased to announce that Kaye Ford, AG, of New Castle, Indiana, USA, has been hired as Assistant to the Executive Director, a new part-time staff position within the organization.  

As Assistant to the Executive Director, Ford will oversee administrative functions related to member communication, financial reporting, association procedures, and document management. She will also represent APG in interactions with the public.

An experienced genealogist and speaker with a focus on Indiana genealogy, Ford has been the Executive Director of the Henry County (Ind.) Historical Society and Museum since 2017. She currently serves as recording secretary of the Indiana Genealogical Society’s Board of Directors and chairs the organization’s Membership and Publications committees. Additionally, Ford is chapter vice regent of the Sarah Winston Henry Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution.

Ford holds a B.S. in Professional Studies with an emphasis on Family History Research from Brigham Young University-Idaho. In 2024, she earned the Accredited Genealogist designation from International Commission for Accreditation of Professional Genealogists (ICAPGen).
