The Association of Professional Genealogists Professional Management Conference (PMC) is the only conference designed by genealogy professionals specifically targeting the needs of genealogy professionals around the world.
Since 1998, the PMC has challenged professional genealogists to evaluate and improve their current business practices and offered invaluable advice to up-and-coming professionals.
Sessions at the PMC are presented by experienced genealogists from around the world, industry experts, and others working in the genealogy community. PMC presentations are designed to allow for in-depth exploration of topics such as:
- marketing and branding strategies
- speaker training
- genealogical writing and publishing
- client relationships and communication
- organization and time management
- methodology
- technology
- social media
In-depth workshops, discussion groups, and networking opportunities are also offered to attendees.
