About
I am Roberto Nardi, an Italian genealogist who lives in Brazil for more than 34 years. For over three decades I have dedicated my career to genealogical research — with a primary focus on records from the 1850s onward — in order to build the documentation that descendants of Italian emigrants need to have their Italian citizenship recognized by the Italian government.
I own and run a firm that, for more than 34 years, has guided descendants of Italian immigrants through every step of the process of obtaining Italian citizenship: locating and reconstructing family lines, sourcing civil and parish records in Italy and Brazil, and preparing documentation that meets the requirements of the Italian authorities.
Working alongside long-standing partners with over 20 years of experience in the field, I also offer more comprehensive genealogical research services in both Italy and Brazil, as well as ancestry and documentation research for clients pursuing Portuguese and Spanish citizenship.
Today I continue to run an office dedicated to Italian citizenship services — covering genealogical, consular, and legal support — assisting clients around the world in turning their Italian heritage into recognized citizenship.
