I’m a professional genealogist specializing in uncovering family histories across the Mid-Atlantic and New England regions, with a passion for connecting people to their ancestral stories. I specialize in consulting and assisting clients in developing research skills, gathering photos, conducting oral histories with living relatives, and preserving their family stories and legacies. 

My journey into genealogy began not as a career path, but as deeply personal quest to answer many unknown questions in my family. I was searching for relatives I had never met, reading the history of my family as if it were storybook about myself. I recently published a book, I See Me,  about my genealogy journey with the hope of bringing more awareness of the importance of genealogy and family connections. 

In I See Me, I share my heartfelt exploration of genealogy, illustrating how the quest for family history can aid in processing grief and loss. This insightful journey explores sibling separation, identity, and the vital role of family reunions.The realization that I could help others experience that same emotional connection--connecting people to their past.The skills and passion developed through researching family history have translated into social work career dedicated to helping children maintain their birth connections and navigate the complexities of reunions.
