Each life deserves to be remembered. Celebrating the lives of those who have vanished from today through a written account opens a window into the collective experiences that will continue to shape lives, adding meaning and value to our present and future.

Melanie holds accreditation in the England region and brings broad geographic experience spanning England, Scotland, Wales, Norway, Sweden, parts of Canada, and numerous U.S. states — including Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Massachusetts, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington. She is skilled in the interpretation of English Round Hand scripts and brings disciplined project management to every engagement, guiding clients from initial scope through final deliverable.

A genealogy educator, presenter, mentor, and writer, Melanie is committed to helping individuals discover and preserve their family stories. She brings intermediate-level Spanish and a working knowledge of Latin and Norwegian as applied to written historical records.
