Megan is the owner of MACY's Genealogical Research, LLC. She also is employed as a forensic genealogist for a land development company.
She has over twenty years of experience researching her own Scots-Irish and Swedish lines in Pennsylvania. Her genealogy education includes a Certificate in Genealogy Research from Boston University, ProGen (48), and numerous institutes and courses.
She serves on the Board of the Western Pennsylvania Genealogical Society, where she chairs the First Families of Western Pennsylvania lineage society and is the president-elect for 2023–2024.
Megan enjoys sharing genealogy tips and tools through coaching, her blog, and lectures.
