I am a professional archival researcher and genealogist based in Dresden, Saxony (Germany). My work focuses on historical and genealogical research in Saxon archives, including church records, state and municipal archives, and specialized collections.
I've been living and working in the Dresden region for more than 20 years and I'm very familiar with local archival structures, historical jurisdictions, and administrative changes. Since 2015, I have specialized exclusively in archival research in Saxony.
I support private clients, authors, researchers, and institutions with well-documented research results, clear source references, and transparent research strategies. My work includes genealogical research, biographical research, and archival investigations related to persons, places, and historical contexts.

Mr. Thiele has helped me a lot in finding information about my family. While working on this project, he demonstrated an extremely high level of professionalism. Moreover, the support, provided by Mr. Thiele, was characterized by a high level of personnel engagement and human touch. He was not only trying to find information I needed-he was really walking me through the history of my family. I strongly recommend to approach Mr. Thiele for this kind of inquiries. I.
