Jeanne has been walking this life's passage with her ancestors since she can remember. She has fond memories of her grandmothers taking her to visit family. As a teen she would write constantly to aunts and uncles and literally interview them. Those letters remain a treasure today.

Her degree is in Journalism and spent 20 years reporting, covering hard news, features, and sports for dailies and weeklies. She is the past publisher editor of two magazines. Today, she wears many hats. She is a genealogist /researcher.  As the Marketing & Fundraising Assistant at the Quarryville Library Center, Jeanne focuses on promoting literacy and the Library itself.

When she is not actively researching or writing, she can usually be found amid a cemetery.
