At Learn Your Family History, my mission is to help you discover your heritage and connect with your ancestors. I believe everyone has a unique story to tell, and I’m here to guide you through the journey of discovery.

The family stories I weave together are grounded in solid research and documentation. I navigate Ancestry.com, Newspapers.com, explore cemeteries, and delve into courthouses as if they were my second home.

My passion for genealogy began at a young age, sparked by the stories my grandmother shared—stories that often held just a kernel of truth. Those tales did lead me down path though of exploring my family's stories of military heroism, workers’ rights, westward migration, tragic crimes, and the effect of past pandemics.

The hallmark of my research approach is ensuring that events and stories are supported by multiple, reliable sources. Information can be recorded, transcribed, or handed down imperfectly—and I owe it to my clients to reconcile inconsistencies. In fact, that is my favorite part of my work, backed by over 20 years of experience as an analyst.
