Clemente Suardi is a professional genealogist based in Italy with more than 25 years' experience, working for descendants worldwide across every Italian region — from the Alps to Sicily — and in neighbouring Switzerland. He researches directly from the original records: Italian civil and parish registers (including Latin), U.S. naturalization files, notarial and cadastral records. He traces towns of origin, reconstructs family lines, locates living relatives, and builds dual-citizenship (jure sanguinis) files. Since 2005 he has also been retained by legal and probate-genealogy firms in Europe and North America to identify heirs to estates, and he undertakes forensic and property research. Founder (2007) and, for fifteen years, President of the Associazione Genealogica Lombarda, he has lectured at Italian and international genealogy conferences. Through his practice, Italian Ancestor (italianancestor.com), his work is fully documented, act by act, and reported clearly in English.

Italy — all regions, from the Alps to Sicily. Also cross-border research in Switzerland. Records in Italian, Latin and French.
