APG Opposes Proposed Changes to Massachusetts Vital Records Law
4 May 2026On 4 May 2026, APG sent a letter to Massachusetts legislators opposing proposed changes to the Commonwealth’s vital records law (Section 43 of the fiscal year 2026 supplemental budget bill, H.5377) which would add sweeping new restrictions on public access to vital records.
