Biography:
Currently a professional genealogist working with the NSDAR in Washington, D.C. A part-time artist and former crew (rowing) coach for Virginia Tech, American University, and for a masters program in Washington, D.C. A native of Virginia Beach, Virginia, I have been studying my own family history since I was nine years of age, and have almost 25 years of experience in genealogy (over five years, professionally). I currently devote most of my time to genealogical research. I am a 2014 graduate of NIGR (now Gen-Fed), and currently finishing my research for the CG certification.

Service Description:
Freelance genealogy with focus on families of Appalachia, particularly within a 100-mile radius of Grayson County, Virginia, as well as those related to the Wachovian Moravians, colonial tidewater Virginia families, and 18th and 19th century New York genealogy, particularly focusing on westward migration thereof. Due to my own heritage and recent successes in the research, I have begun expanding on Polish research, particularly for families immigrating prior to 1900. I regularly transcribe and abstract land and court records, and am willing to do the same, or hunt down original copies, for clients. I have an artistic background with some graphic design skills, and am also able to help put together original presentations of some research projects.
