German-English Translation Services

Biography:
As an experienced German translator, I provide my clients with high-quality German to English translations (specializing in the old German script). After earning my Master's Degree in German (University of Salzburg/Bowling Green State University), I was accepted to the Fulbright program in Austria. The next three years were spent teaching English and translating German in Salzburg, which was an experience I ll never forget. In 2014, I moved back to the States with my Austrian husband, and, although we are now in America, German is still the main language spoken in our home. As a German-English translator with a focus on genealogy, I truly enjoy my work translating genealogical documents and helping others solve the mysteries of their ancestors.

Service Description:
With experience translating 17th-20th century handwritten letters, certificates, church books, historical newspapers and other German texts, I would be happy to help you with your translation needs. I work with both the old German script and modern-day texts.
