Biography:
Jennie holds a Certificate in Genealogical Research from Boston University's Center for Professional Education and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri. Jennie began researching her family history in the early 1980s. Her ancestors include many English families who were part of "the Great Migration" to New England during the 1600s and later immigrants to America who were of Irish and Scandinavian descent. A fourth generation Washingtonian, great-grandparents on both sides of Jennie's family were early settlers of North Central Washington.

Service Description:
Jennie's research interests include 17th and 18th century New England history, 19th century settlement in the Midwest, and 19th century Oregon and Washington Territorial history. A DAR-certified lineage research volunteer, Jennie serves as registrar of her local DAR chapter and membership chair of the Upper Valley Historical Society in Leavenworth, Washington, her hometown.
