Mary retired from a large multi-national, fortune 100 company, in December 2013. As a genealogical researcher, she has integrated her corporate experience and skills with her passion for genealogy and historical research As a contributor to New Richmond, Ohio's 2014 Bicentennial, she researched 50+ Black Families who settled in New Richmond during the period of 1840 - 1940 and followed their descendant histories into 2014. She used her research to create the "200 Years of African-American Contributions to New Richmond, Ohio" Exhibit. Additionally, she developed a Bicentennial keepsake book entitled, "New Richmond's Black History". She is a very effective speaker and has given multiple presentations related to her research and genealogical learnings.
Mary conducts research for individuals, churches, organizations, and communities. She can provide her findings through many ways: a research summary, a personal discussion, an exhibit, a keepsake book or family portfolio, or through a lecture.
