Biography:
Lori Samuelson is a lifelong educator who has conducted personal genealogical research for more than 30 years. Since 2000, she has assisted candidates in proving lineal descent for membership with the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Society for Descendants of Lady Godiva. Lori has taught Finding Your Family, an individualized 3 hour course for those interested in beginning genealogy. Currently Lori is authoring an EBook, Thanks to the Yanks, Letters from an American Private Serving in World War I. Her bi-weekly blog, Genealogy At Heart, provides research tips and new historical findings for the beginner to the professional level genealogist. She is a member of the Pinellas Genealogy Society, the Florida State Genealogical Society, the Association of Professional Genealogists, National Genealogical Society and the New England Historic Genealogical Society. Lori is married to her high school sweetheart and they are the proud parents of two adult children.
