I have been working on genealogy as my principal avocation for over 40 years. Since retiring from service as a library director in 2010, I have completed the Intermediate and Advanced Methodology courses at the Samford University Library IGHR institute and am applying for certification as an AG for Mid-South. A full resume and references are in my profile at LinkedIn.
Based in Chattanooga, I am near an outstanding Civil War, SE U.S., and Cherokee research collection in the downtown library. I am also within easy driving distance of state archives in KY, TN, SC, AL, GA, and the Federal Regional Archives in Atlanta.
