Biography:
I am a professional genealogist in Huntsville, Alabama, specializing in the north Alabama counties of Madison, Limestone, Jackson, Lawrence, Morgan, Marshall, DeKalb, and Cherokee. I am also experienced in other Alabama counties, particularly Choctaw, Sumter, and St. Clair, as well as Lincoln County, Tennessee, and its neighbors, and Lauderdale County, Mississippi. I completed coursework at IGHR in 2012 through 2015 and received the Lackey Scholarship in 2016 for the Gen-Fed Institute(formerly NIGR) at the National Archives. In 2015 I completed the ProGen and NGS Home Study courses. I have attended the Federation of Genealogical Societies (FGS)conferences in Birmingham and Ft. Wayne, Indiana, and plan to attend this year's FGS conference in Pittsburgh and the APG conference in Arlington, Virginia. I also enjoy webinars and virtual conferences from home to continue my learning. I currently accept clients and will be happy to help you research your Alabama ancestors.

Service Description:
I provide customized research plans based on a focused goal, source-cited reports summarizing the research and my analysis, and copies of relevant documents. I can also create family group sheets and ancestral charts upon request, and can give short lectures to interest groups.
