Lectures:
I have lectured at the ACE Genealogy Summer School at the University of Cork on land records and on the signatories of the proclamation of the Irish Republic. I have also lectured to the Kilmacud and Stillorgan Historical Society on Monsignor Hugh O'Flaherty, the Vatican Pimpernel. I have also lectured a group of county Librarians on how to deal with a range of genealogical inquiries and how to exploit online resources. I took part in a week long Genealogy course in County Monaghan partly as a lecturer on Griffith's Valuation and other land records and partly as an organizer.

Publications:
I have published short articles on genealogical topics mainly in the publications of the Genealogical Society of Ireland (GSI; in Ireland's Genealogical Gazette and in the GSI's Annual Journal

Affiliations:
I have been a member of Accredited Genealogists Ireland (AGI) formerly Association of Professional Genealogists in Ireland (APGI) since 2011
