Biography:
Grazyna Rychlik provides professional services in genealogy since 2005. Professional approach to genealogy became a must when some of her Clients travelers to Poland - confessed that they had roots in Poland and wanted to explore family history of their ancestors before emigration. She works on singular projects focused on research into vital records and other documents, confirmation of ancestral locations, translation of records, finding living relatives etc. She also carries out complex genealogy projects, which combine field research with archive and library searches. She has been successful on many projects when little was expected due to (supposedly) limited resources. She is open to Clients needs and works on achieving their objectives. She is also a keen photographer and her field research reports always contain photos from ancestral areas. Since 2007 Grazyna Rychlik has been a member of the Polish Genealogical Society (established in 2006) and Warsaw Genealogical Society. At times she gets involved in popularization of genealogy in Poland providing lectures for schools and adult audiences. Grazyna Rychlik started her professional career working in project management and training for a British NGO. She then moved to business, marketing and promotion of services. However, her interest in history and regional geography led her to move to travel business in 2001. Grazyna Rychlik is a licensed tour manager and a guide to the city of Warsaw (Warszawa, the capital of Poland).
