Biography:
I am a lifetime resident of Southern Illinois and my work spans the U.S. I have 40 years of experience as a genealogist, 20 years as a social worker, and over 16 years experience as a search professional which combine for a unique set of skills. I specialize in finding people, living or deceased. I particularly enjoy adoption and missing people searches, and finding missing heirs and mineral owners. I also provide traditional family history research and record retrievals. I was fortunate to train under the late Edward "Mike" Egan, the premier Illinois adoption search professional. My services are provided with integrity, discretion and expertise. As a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists I adhere to a strict code of ethics. I am tenacious and creative in my approach, personally involved in every project, and enthusiastic about my work. References gladly provided.

Service Description:
I specialize in adoption and missing people searches and in missing mineral owner and heir searches. Family history research, heritage photography and document retrieval are also available. I would be happy to consult on your "brick wall". Located in Southern Illinois, I am particularly familiar with Illinois research (including Chicago and Cook County), but I am not limited to Illinois; research is provided anywhere in the US. Skilled in both hands-on and online research, genealogy software & digital photography. I have a research team of professional genealogists at my disposal. I am willing to take on tough cases; I love the challenge.
