Lisa Parry Arnold, a native of Riverton, New Jersey, has been happily researching family history for over 20 years. She has a BA from Brigham Young University in Family History. She attends national conferences and is a graduate of SLIG, NIGR and IGHR. Lisa has worked for Ancestry.com for seven years in content acquisition and is Senior Content Strategist on the Global Content Team. She is a frequent lecturer at National Conferences for Ancestry, and has appeared in major cities at Ancestry Day events from coast to coast. Lisa is the founding President of the Philadelphia Area chapter of APG and the founding Chapter Coordinator for the Utah Valley chapter. Her specialty of Mid-Atlantic and Quaker research stems from being raised in Philadelphia as a Quaker with almost all lines traced back through generations of the early Quakers. She has written a book on doing Quaker research and teaches Family History classes in her local area.
