APG Special Interest Groups (SIGs) exist to support professional development and deepening of networks among APG members in a specific area of knowledge, learning, or technology. They offer a forum for members with similar interests and challenges to interact with each other and develop a resource network, to share their experience and knowledge with like-minded professionals, and to further promote their area of interest within the larger genealogical community or to the public.

Membership in APG’s Special Interest Groups is only open to current members of APG.
