Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering for and attending the APG 2023 Professional Management Conference ("PMC"). By registering for and attending the PMC, either in person or virtually, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. Registration
    1. Registration is subject to availability and will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
    2. Registrations are nontransferable.
  2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
    1. Requests for cancellations and refunds must be made in writing to the PMC organizers.
    2. Refunds, if applicable, will be provided according to the following schedule:
      • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the PMC start date: a full refund minus the $25 nonrefundable administrative fee will be issued.
      • Cancellations made within 30 days of the PMC start date: no refund.
  3. Changes to the PMC
    1. The PMC organizers reserve the right to make changes to the PMC schedule, speakers, venue, or any other aspect without prior notice.
    2. In the event of a change, the organizers will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees of such changes.
  4. Photography Permissions
    1. APG will have an official photographer taking photos for publicity and posting them on social media. This will include photos of sessions in progress.
    2. By registering for the PMC, you agree to give APG permission to use photographs that include your likeness for publicity and posting on social media.

In Person Only

  1. COVID-19 Protocols and Expectations
    1. To be mindful of the safety of attendees, APG is committed to following all current CDC guidelines related to the COVID-19 pandemic as well as state, local, and hotel requirements.
    2. Any public space may hold an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases. By attending the PMC in person, you agree to voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure and agree to hold APG harmless or any of our sponsors, employees, volunteers, or venue(s) liable for illness.
  2. Liability
    1. The PMC organizers, including their employees, board members, and contractors shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property, regardless of the cause.
    2. Attendees are responsible for their own personal and property safety during the PMC.
  3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the PMC is held.
    2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By registering for and attending the in-person or virtual PMC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
