[APG Public List] California signature

I am trying to find a document with the signature of a man who died in 
California in 1967.  I'm thinking maybe voting records, for instance. 

I have his last address, but not any other address where he may have lived 
since arriving in Califoria about 1950.

He does not seem to have had a Social Security number, so SS-5 is not 
relevant.
