No. THe FHC/FHL may have copies of NARA microfilm but the Compiled Military 
Service Records, the pension application files, the unindexed Bounty Land 
application files, and the manuscript files are all textual/original records 
and are only at NARA. 

 
NARA will have other original records. Check
