Hi Ellie.

If you have access to Heritage Quest, through your library, Heritage Quest has some Revolutionary War files on individuals online. Footnote may have files on your patriots, as well.

You could also try searching for your people of interest at Google Books. The states celebrated their patriots and published information about them. Using your favorite search engine might provide the information you need.

  I need to check Rev War on two patriots.. I have the name of the unit on one and where he served.  Is there any online information on services performed by patriots other than just the name.  If so, would like to know.. Thanks!

  If I have to go to the NARA to find information, is there a way to expedite the process.. e.g. an index to help?  I need information to help the DAR supplemental application cause.
