It's possible that the next email in the sequence might have been expected 
to be from you. I don't always follow up when an inquiry is made and then 
things go silent. I'd not want it to be interpreted that I was pressing the 
potential client to commit to a project. If it's as described, I probably 
would be waiting for you to provide further details, or express a clear 
interest in proceeding.
