[APG Public List] Spain Portugal and Senda

Hi everyone,  I have a question from a friend of mine.  Are there any  
English speaking gen. societies located in both Spain and Portugal?   
He is looking to connect with people who might be able to help him  
find where his Senda ancestors came from.  He believes that they may  
have moved to that part of the world during the Napoleonic Wars.

Any help will be appreciated.
