[APG Public List] Death certificate in Tennessee

Thank you all for your help. Yes, this is the correct Ruth. Her middle initial should not be 'C', but anyway, it is her. First of all, I'm not sure why she is still not showing up in the SSDI. More importantly, if I were to order a copy of the death certificate from the Tennessee Archives, I am still wondering if it would contain her mother's maiden name.
Does anyone have any idea on that?
Thank you all again for finding her on the Tennessee website,

There is a Ruth C. Biggs who died on 5 January 1954 in Davidson County.
The file number is 00250. I found this by going to the site recommended by
Tina Sansone (http://register.shelby.tn.us/) and doing a search for any
Ruth who died on 5 January 1954. I suspect that this is the Ruth Agnes
Cloud you are looking for and that she married a Biggs later in life. Of
course, you need to prove this by finding the marriage record or other

Thank you for your help. I did check out the Tennessee website you
suggested. However, she was not listed. My client's grandmother, Ruth Agnes
Cloud died January 5, 1954 in Nashville, Davidson, Tennessee. Yet a record
of her death cannot be found.
I cannot understand how someone born as late as 1904, and dies in 1954
cannot be found. However, that is the case. Of course my first thought is
that she must be listed under a different name, but I would think my client
would know an alternate name for her.
I'll keep looking. Thanks again for your help though,
