[APG Public List] help with occupation in census

I am looking at an occupation on a census manuscript that appears to be  
soemthing like:
 
- dinuarge man, RR
- dimurage man, RR
- diumrage man, RR
 
Does anyone have any idea what this might be? Viewed on ancestry.com  image 
-- 1920 U.S. Census, Everett, precinct 13, Snohomish County, Washington,  
Sheet 9A, Earl G. Moore.
