I am posting this in behalf of Mr. Roberto Paganuzzi of Morganton, North
Carolina. For several years Mr. Paganuzzi has attempted to locate family
members or an institution with an interest in artifacts originally
belonging to Eric Walter Willingham of England. The items were in a
large box acquired by chance at a British thrift shop. Included are
photograph albums dating back to the 1920s, war time correspondence,
family vital statistics records, and many other items.
Mr. Paganuzzi knows the following:
Eric Walter Willingham was born 1906 in Hull, England. His mother was
Emma Eliza (Graves) Willingham. Mr. Willingham was a member of the RAF
during World War II.
Emma Eliza (Graves) Willingham was born 1879 in South Somercotes,
Saltfleet, Lincoln County, England. Her mother was Sarah (Skelton) Graves.
Walter Willingham (1844-1928) of Sculcoates, York, England. His mother
was Mary Elizabeth (Gibson) Willingham.
Mr. Paganuzzi is reluctant to discard the Willingham documents and hopes
someone with a connection to the family can be located. His address is
willinghampapers at charter.net.
