Wanted: Old ProPhone discs

I'm looking for old telephone directories on CD produced by Pro-CD Inc,
British Telecom etc. in the 1990s: ProPhone, Canada Phone and Select Phone,
PhoneDisc or similar - for USA, Canada or the UK.
