[APG Public List] need help with a French translation, please

I have a copy of a few pages from a microfilm of some early 19th century 
  French civil records and I need help with the reading and translation. 
  Is there an online group that assists with such endeavors?  I can go 
back to the library next week and make a digital copy of the record 
since the printed copy is not all that great.
