Hmmm, a good challenge, this one.
My take is:
Manf of Segard Flag Rod
Not sure about the Segard word. *Manf* may stand for *Manufacturer*.
I just know SOMEONE on this list will solve the riddle. And yes, what
a nice tribute to poor old blind James Chase. Yes, makes you wish he
was your guy to work on.
