[APG Public List] APG Public List archiver not functioning

Nothing there for November before 7:25 Saturday 7 November, and very little 
 since.

How can one  access the archives for earlier dates?

When I click on the archiver in a message from 2 days ago,

Not Found" error message.



Is this problem temporary?
