Here in Israel, we get the comcast problem every few months, as they 
blacklist the whole country.

When my messages to comcast subscribers bounce, I r esend them (with the 
bounce notice) via gmail.  Often, my correspondents will call comcast and 
get my own address unblacklisted, though that solves the problem only for 
a short time.

I understand that the problem has to do with hostile takeovers of email 
addresses for purposes of spam.
