[APG Public List] Comcast Blocking of APG e-mail

Does Comcast have a "safe mail" or "white mail" list?  I was having this
problem with Verizon and I found their "white mail" list and I am inputting
anymail that I know that is safe.

I am getting mail but am having trouble with being able to send it (from
several of my comcast e-mails.
