- Recordings of past Webinars
- Coming Soon Sample Contracts, Forms, Reports
- Professional Review
- for clients and members through confidential review.
- Resolving differences. If you have a question or complaint,
tell the professional first. Misunderstandings can occur
on either side but can usually be resolved quickly.
In the unlikely event a difficulty between you and your
genealogist is not resolved, notify the organization
or person who referred the professional to you and tell
your genealogist you have done so. The Association of
Professional Genealogists offers a confidential mediation
service for both clients and professionals when the
professional is an APG member. Please see Professional
Review Procedures.
- The Board for Certification of Genealogists, BCG, will serve as an arbiter when a certified professional is involved.
