Biography:
Alan is a professional researcher with over thirty years of experience conducting historical and genealogical research. He has extensive experience researching throughout the Midwest in libraries, archives, churches and courthouses. In the course of his research Alan has utilized books and records in German, French, Dutch, Finnish, Swedish and Russian. Areas of expertise include military history and cartography. Alan has a Masters Degree in Library and Information Studies with a concentration in Archives Administration. He is skilled at quickly and efficiently locating relevant information. Alan has been Director of the Sheboygan, Wisconsin LDS Family History Center for several years. He is a genealogy instructor with the Plymouth Joint School District's Community Education department.
